Qover was founded in 2016 by Quentin Colmant and Jean-Charles Velge.

Going from a start-up to a scale-up, we’re blazing a new trail for the insurance sector, which is in need of profound transformation.

From the very beginning, our co-founders have had a clear vision of the future of insurance: it must be simple, transparent and accessible across borders – a global safety net.

To reinvent an entire industry, we set out to build a leading 'Insurance-as-a-Service' platform to meet the rapidly evolving needs of fast-growing companies worldwide.

Our values were created by our people and for our people. After a series of workshops at our 2021 company off-site, we identified a set of values that our employees believe best represent who we are and what we stand for.

Gender diversity is also one of our top priorities as we work to attract, develop and retain women across all departments, at all levels. Women hold two positions on our key leadership team and continue to grow in other leadership roles.

At Qover, we have a task force dedicated to putting an ambitious framework in place to foster CSR culture through clear commitments and tangible measures. We'll communicate publicly when the framework is in place, ideally by the end of 2022.
