Reporting into our Global Product Marketing Director based in Vancouver, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join us in this global role to develop a new product that will be a PayByPhone Business flagship. You’ll take charge of the Product Marketing activity for the fleet business unit and collaborate with our teams in Europe and North America to build the overall strategy.

Responsibilities
• Lead, align and develop the go to market strategy for specific PayByPhone products and services on a global level.
• Independently launch and evangelize products, developing effective product marketing strategies that lead to the ongoing success of our products and inclusive processes.
• Understand PayByPhone’s customers and clients: Obsess over our competitive landscape, market and trend analysis to build actionable personas and insights and ensure maximum commercial success.
• Define product positioning and messaging by user research, market insights, and product understanding, customized for the needs of our regional markets.
• Lead the global launch communication plans for PayByPhone’s products and integrate user-experience feedback in product updates and innovation.
• Work closely with local teams to set pricing that aligns with the product value proposition and ensure maximum impact on product launch and its success.
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams to track the right metrics and execute on campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis regionally.

What does success look like in the role?
• A senior-level go-to person across the organisation for one or more products.
• Effectively analyses complex problems and manages ambiguity, while flawlessly executing complicated plans and navigating many levels of the organisation.
• Leads go-to-market documentation for every new product launch, including product positioning summaries, sales tools, and launch plans.
• Drives the continuous understanding of our customers and clients: distilling them into insights, stories and positioning to ensure maximum commercial success.
• Building an exemplary level of trust with the market, wider product team and global customer base.


Požadavky na pozici

• Experience of being the lead on go-to-market strategy and execution for at least one revenue driving product.
• Strong experience in product marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Natural creative flair tied with solid industry awareness in the technology sector.
• Well versed in combining existing and new products to create compelling product suites and services.
• Exposure to technology products and fleet services that serve multiple geographies and customer groups on a global scale.
• Bac +5 or equivalent.
