As a member of the Product team, you will be a key player in the development of LALALAB.’s activity. You will be part of a team whose everyday’s mission says it all : “spread love by printing and delivering great moments directly from your smartphone straight to your door”.
Under the responsibility of our Head of Product, you will ensure we’re on track with our product roadmap and that the new features & functionalities meet LALALAB.’s goals & intended vision. You will also be working hand in hand with the product team constituted by 4 product owners & 1 UX/UI designer, and the IT team of backend & frontend engineers.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Synthesize, prepare & organize sprints for LALALAB.’s features by aligning team goals, company objectives, product vision and customer feedback
• Guide teams to build features and run tests
• Optimize features & products through continuous iterations, A/B testing and data measurement
• Scale features & products to support business growth and aspirations.
• Ensure alignment across design UX/UI, Engineering and Product Management
• Discover ways to use data and analytics to identify customer needs and prioritize requirements
• Demonstrate excellent cross-group collaboration skills
• Coordinate the launch of brand new products (books, prints, etc.) with the Product Marketing Team

• You have 1-2 years experience as a PO in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineers, UX/UI designers and stakeholders.
• A great eye for design and user experience.
• Expertise in mobile products appreciated.
• Your technical knowledge allows you to interact with our developers on a daily basis.
