What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media: Helping define and execute our content & social strategy. Posting, engaging, analyzing what works, and iterating fast.
Events & Partnerships: Helping organize and execute events (trade shows, conferences, client activations). Coordinating logistics, materials, and ensuring leads and follow-ups are properly tracked.
Ad Campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn): Supporting the setup, launch, and optimization of paid campaigns. You’ll help manage creatives, test angles, monitor performance, and report learnings weekly.
Website Management (SEO + Analytics + Content + Blog): Keeping the website sharp and conversion-focused. Supporting SEO basics (Search Console, metadata, internal linking), monitoring GA4, and improving landing pages based on performance.
Marketing Strategy & Growth Initiatives: Thinking of creative ways to reach new audiences and drive brand awareness. Whether it’s a LinkedIn campaign, a newsletter strategy, or a unique partnership idea, you’ll bring fresh energy to the team.
Data-Driven Optimization: Tracking KPIs across ads, SEO, and content - then translating insights into concrete actions (new tests, new copy, better landing pages).

Master’s student: You’re currently pursuing (or recently completed) a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. But more importantly, you’re someone who gets things done.

A natural communicator: You’re fluent in English & French, and you can craft compelling messaging that grabs attention, whether it’s a social media post, a partnership pitch, a blog on our website, or a campaign idea.
Curious & fast-learning: New tools don’t scare you. You learn quickly (GTM, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Search Console, CMS, etc.)
Performance-minded marketer: You’re curious about what drives results: paid acquisition, landing pages, conversion rates, creative testing, and reporting. You like turning data into actions.
