We are looking for an experienced Product Owner Lead to drive the vision, development, and optimization or our core insurance application. You would be also leading a small team of business analysts.

If you have strong background in agile product management, understand technical achitectures, and can bridge business needs with effective solutions, we want to hear from you!

This role covers following activities

  • Defining the product strategy and managing the roadmap in alignment with business and IT strategy
  • Management of the product backlog, ensuring the clear definition and prioritization
  • Close cooperation with scrum teams and also operations, claims and finance teams
  • Ensuring seamless integration between core system, digital plaforms, third party services and enterprise architecture
  • Communicating the product vision, technical constraints effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring the core system meets regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Driving adoption of best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing etc.

Your profile

  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • 5+ years as a Product Owner managing complex, enterprise-grade applications
  • Experience with leading a small team
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments
  • Deep understanding of the insurance processes and insurance core applications
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud and DevOps practices
  • Experience with data models, SQL, integrations patterns and security principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - to be able to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities
