Account Executive - Cyber Sales (FR) Stoïk

About Stoïk

Stoïk protects European SMEs and mid-sized companies against cyber risk. Founded in 2021, Stoïk is a cyber insurer that combines cyber insurance with our own security tools, managed services and an in-house incident response team (CERT), so we support companies before, during and after an attack. Our CERT sees first-hand which attacks cost companies money, and that shapes the prevention we build.

Our ambition: become the CISO of Europe.

• 15,000+ companies protected across 7 European markets

• 2,000+ broker partners

• 300+ incidents handled by our CERT every month

• 200+ people, backed by €70m+ from a16z, Alven and Munich Re

The team

• As an Account Executive in the French Team, you will join a fast growing team of 7 AEs in France, and work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders internally (International AEs, CSM, Brokers, CERT Engineers, Risk Consultants …).

• You will report to Louis Lacroix (Head of Cyber Sales France)

• The team is Office First but remote-friendly.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive, you will be directly contributing to the growth of Stoïk’s cybersecurity offers, one of the two pillars on which we are building our ambition of becoming the CISO of Europe. Your missions will include:

• Generating your own pipeline, through direct outreach to our policy holders or with the help of internal stakeholders (CSM, CERT engineers, broker managers…)

• Building and managing your pipeline to consistently reach or over-achieve your monthly quota

• Handling the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing

• Working hand-in-hand with the insurance distribution team (Brokers and Brokers Managers) to improve sales efficiency and performance.

What we're looking for

You will succeed at Stoïk if you:

• Have a previous successful experience in Sales, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS environment

• Bring strong persuasion, listening and interpersonal skills

• Have a growth mindset, always aiming for personal development and collective success

• Are able to deeply understand our indirect insurance distribution model and to align different stakeholders.

What we offer

• A dynamic work environment, with strong growth and an international DNA

• A unique product in Europe, meeting the unaddressed needs of most SMEs who don’t know where to start and who to trust when it comes to cybersecurity

• Being part of a great collective adventure: our ambition is to become Europe’s leading cybersecurity company.
