Based in Paris, your job will consist in taking care of our client’s portfolio for our Marketplace businesses (types of clients: Deliveroo, Just Eat, Airbnb etc.) and real estate

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain and develop our relationship with signed partners in order to increase their performance;
• Update clients with New products, this will include product placement & training;
• Provide the CSM Director with reports on client activity, identified sales opportunities & updating sales forecasts as required;
• Ensure the quality of delivery by verifying and coordinating operations internally

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Complete fluency in Japanese;
• Previous experience working in a sales / customer service environment preferred;
• Good interpersonal skills. Rigorous, dynamic and autonomous, you are also results-oriented and very comfortable on the phone;
• Willingness to build relationships and network across a wide spectrum of clients;
