Zenchef is poised for a massive expansion in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland), and we are looking for a dynamic and visionary DACH Marketing Manager to lead the charge. You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from brand awareness to lead generation and customer retention across the region. With a current market share of just 1%, the opportunity for growth is exceptional. We’re seeking a candidate who understands Zenchef’s DNA and can localize our global success into a high-impact, hyper-local growth strategy that will define our presence in one of Europe’s most strategic markets.

The mission of this role is straightforward: in line with Zenchef’s global marketing vision and business objectives for Germany, define and execute the DACH Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to drive sustainable, measurable growth across the region.
Strategic Leadership & Orchestration
Define and execute the DACH GTM strategy: Leverage our global marketing playbooks to build a marketing plan and editorial calendar that are fully adapted to the local restaurant industry.
Strategic Business Partner: Work hand-in-hand with the DACH Sales leadership to align marketing goals with sales targets and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
Brand Localization: Shape the local look, tone, and voice of the Zenchef brand so it authentically resonates with DACH restaurateurs.
Full-Funnel Execution & Growth
Performance Marketing: Identify the right balance between awareness and performance campaigns across paid channels to drive qualified, sales-ready leads. Ensure that all paid media assets are native, high-quality, and culturally relevant.
Content & SEO: Develop a localized content and SEO strategy to position Zenchef as the trusted thought leader in the DACH market.
B2B & B2C Activation: Lead both business-oriented marketing (B2B) and consumer-facing activations (B2C) to create a strong network effect.
Local PR & Owned Channels: Oversee local PR efforts and ensure that all owned assets (website, app, content) are fully optimized for the market.
Community & Partnership
Events & Tradeshows: Plan, execute, and maximize ROI from all local industry events and tradeshows.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the global partnerships team to identify and execute high-impact co-marketing and business collaborations that unlock new audiences, expand distribution channels, and accelerate market growth.
Social & Community: Build an engaged local community through relevant social platforms, leveraging ambassadors and influencers as core advocates of the Zenchef brand.
Anforderungen:
🍽️ What you bring to the table:
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies, ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Deep understanding of the DACH business culture, media ecosystem, and competitive landscape. Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or tech sector is a strong advantage.
Analytical strength: Ability to use data to drive insights, measure success, and continuously optimize.
Creative mindset: Ability to differentiate the brand and cut through market noise with original, high-impact storytelling.
Execution excellence: Strong ownership, autonomy, and drive to execute from strategy to delivery.
