In this role, you’ll join the DevX team, working closely with the Engineering Manager – DevX, Product, and all engineering squads.
You will play a key role in improving product quality, reliability and confidence in delivery across the company.
This is not a “QA at the end of the chain” role.
You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering and delivery, with a strong focus on preventing defects rather than detecting them late.
Your mission is simple and demanding: make quality built-in, visible, measurable and trusted by everyone.
Define and continuously improve the global QA strategy.
Set clear quality standards across products and teams.
Define what “good quality” means in practice (not theory).
Help teams make the right trade-offs between speed, risk and quality.
Own and grow our test automation strategy (E2E, integration, regression).
Ensure automated tests bring signal, not maintenance pain.
Improve test reliability, execution time and relevance.
Collaborate closely with DevOps on CI/CD integration.
Embed QA early in the product lifecycle (discovery → delivery).
Challenge requirements, edge cases and assumptions before implementation.
Promote shift-left testing and prevention over detection.
Help teams write better acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
Act as a quality gatekeeper, not a blocker.
Provide clear visibility on release risks and quality status.
Help teams ship with confidence, not hope.
Improve release validation and rollback readiness.
Contribute to monitoring product quality in production.
Use incidents, bugs and user feedback as learning signals.
Help teams move from firefighting to continuous improvement.
Encourage a blameless, learning-oriented quality culture.
Work in a transversal role across all squads.
Coach engineers and product managers on quality practices.
Share best practices, templates and tooling.
Favor impact and adoption over heavy processes.
