Mission
Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of best practices for consulting and skills-based organizations that will be used by both humans and AI agents. The role focuses on capturing expert knowledge, researching multiple sources, and transforming complex information into structured, high-quality, AI-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Capture knowledge from multiple sources:
Interviews and workshops with subject matter experts (in English and French)
Existing internal documentation
External research where appropriate
Write, edit, and structure content for an internal knowledge base
Develop and execute content governance so that it remains relevant and up to date
Produce documentation in Markdown and HTML, structured for AI usage
Ensure content is clear, consistent, and reusable
Collaborate with consultants, product teams, and other stakeholders
Manage deadlines and multiple content streams independently
Support product documentation as needed
Use AI tools to assist with writing and synthesis, with strong editorial judgment
Must-Have Skills
Excellent written English (near-native)
Professional working proficiency in French (spoken & written)
Strong documentation and content structuring skills, as well as content strategy (governance skills)
Experience or comfort writing in Markdown and/or HTML
Ability to synthesize complex information from diverse sources
Strong organizational skills and autonomy
Comfort working with multiple stakeholders
AI & Digital Literacy
Experience using AI tools for writing/documentation or strong curiosity and ability to learn quickly
Interest in structuring knowledge for AI agents and retrieval systems
Profile
A structured, independent content professional who enjoys turning expert knowledge into clear, reusable documentation and is curious about AI-driven knowledge systems.
Experience Level
Minimum 5 years experience
High autonomy with minimal supervision
You must confidently interview SMEs and extract implicit knowledge
Need strong editorial judgment to balance accuracy, structure, and AI usability
Managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines requires maturity and experience
