🎯 Your Mission: From Extraction to Conversion (and Revenue)

At Najar, outbound is not just about “sending email” — it’s about building a scalable revenue engine. As a Growth Outbound Apprentice, your mission is to turn data into conversations, conversations into meetings, and meetings into pipeline.

You will work at the heart of the commercial teams, collaborating directly with Marketing team, Sales Managers, BDRs, and AEs. Your goal: generate qualified opportunities and drive pipeline growth.

1️⃣ Outbound & Multi-Channel Orchestration (Hand-in-hand with Sales)

  • Build & launch outbound campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel sequences (Email, LinkedIn, Calls) designed to generate Meetings for sale’s team all over europe.

  • Support marketing campaigns via outbound motion : Support marketing campaigns for events (webinars, dinners, conferences) or content distribution to generate interest in Najar and convert leads into real opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales : Iterating continuously on messaging based on field feedback (objections, weak signals, prospect verbatims). The pitch evolves based on reality, not theory.

  • Write copy that converts : Craft clear, concise, and personalized messages that resonate with CFOs, Procurement leaders, and IT decision-makers and push to action. You will also leverage AI to automate high-level personalization.

  • Optimize performance through experimentation : Run A/B tests on messaging, targeting, and sequences to improve response rates and meeting generation. You’ll use creativity to write emails that stands out.

  • Report on performance and Turn data into insights : Track key KPIs (reply rate, meeting rate, pipeline generated) and continuously improve performance of campaigns

2️⃣ Data, Scraping & Tech Stack

  • Advanced Scraping & Enrichment: Building and cleaning high-quality lead lists (segmentation, enrichment, and imports).

  • CRM Optimization: Ensuring every lead (Inbound, Marketing, Outbound) is correctly enriched, assigned, and qualified.

  • Data Hygiene: Growth requires clean data. You will help maintain CRM health, structure workflows, and improve reporting reliability.


Profil recherché

We’re not looking for someone who “just executes”. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn fast, test things, and see their impact on revenue.

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in business, marketing or growth and seeking a 6-month internship.

You are :

  • Analytical → You like numbers, tracking performance, and understanding what works

  • Hands-on → You enjoy building, testing, and improving campaigns

  • Structured → You can manage multiple campaigns without losing quality

  • Curious & proactive → You don’t wait for instructions, you suggest ideas

  • Resilient → You test, fail, learn, and improve

  • Fluent → You have strong writing skills in (English & French)

Bonus points if:

  • You have a first experience in growth, outbound, or sales is a plus

  • You’re interested in automation, scraping, growth tooling or AI

Additional Information

  • Role: Internship

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Location: Paris-based office (No remote work for the duration of the internship).

  • Compensation: €1,100/month + €100/month performance bonus (paid at the end of the internship).
