NUVIA, a subsidiary of the VINCI Group, is a major international player in the nuclear and critical environments sector. Present in 17 countries, NUVIA operates two Business Units in North America (one in Canada and one in the United States).
These two units employ around 150 people involved in dismantling and radiological protection activities.
Reporting to the Director for North America and working closely with NUVIA Group, you act as the financial backbone for the region, ensuring the reliability of financial and administrative information and supporting the development strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Support project managers in the projects cost control.
- Implement performance indicators and dashboards.
- Manage monthly closings and budget processes (budget preparation and reforecasts).
- Supervise general and analytical accounting up to the preparation of the balance sheet and tax filings (with the support of the tax advisor).
- Manage treasury, forecasts, and financial flows.
- Manage financial reporting to the Group.
- Manage relationships with tax advisors and auditors.
- Lead and coordinate the administrative and accounting team.
- Optimize internal processes and ensure compliance with Group procedures.
You hold a higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Control (Master's level) and bring at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment.
You have strong proficiency in IFRS, solid knowledge of financial tools and ERP systems, and you are comfortable working in an international environment.
You are fluent in English.

The position is based in Toronto (Ontario). Occasional travel is expected.
