Manager, Internal Communications & Employer Branding F/M

What we offer

Your mission - As part of our Group Communications team and reporting to the Group Head of Internal & Editorial Communications, you will lead and implement the company’s internal & people communication strategy, ensuring alignment with our vision, values, and business priorities. You will manage content creation and campaign execution across internal and external channels to drive employee engagement, reinforce business objectives, foster cultural cohesion, and enhance the visibility of our employer brand both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Design and implement our internal and people communication strategies across global and regional teams
  • Manage global internal content: newsletters, intranet, Viva Engage, and internal events (town halls, conventions).
  • Support strategic business initiatives and milestones with global plans and regional cascades.
  • Update and promote corporate brand assets to ensure consistent use of storytelling, imagery and visual identity.
  • Handle People-related communications (processes, organisational announcements, employee engagement).
  • Provide direct support on internal and people communications for the Southern Europe region.

Employer Branding

  • Establish a consistent editorial voice across internal and external digital channels to reflect our our employer promise (i.e. corporate website, LinkedIn).
  • Lead the creation and distribution of engaging editorial content online, including posts, articles, videos and infographics.
  • Develop employee-centred content and communication materials that support recruitment campaigns.

Coordination and content flow

  • Animate the global network of internal communicators and content contributors.
  • Collaborate with People, Sustainability, leadership and regional teams to source and localize content.
  • Track performance and impact of communication initiatives.
  • Manage external resources (agencies, freelancers).

Headquarters based position in Paris, 16. Occasional travel within Europe is expected.

What we are looking for

You hold a bachelor’s degree in communications and bring 5–7 years of experience in internal and/or corporate communications within international organizations.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to craft clear, engaging ‘ready to publish’ content in both languages.

You have:

  • Expertise in multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders.
  • Mastery of digital platforms (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Dynamics, CMS, LinkedIn).
  • Strategic thinking with operational excellence and a performance-driven mindset.
  • Strong editorial storytelling capabilities with a creative approach and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
