Ensure a smooth transition in the beginning of the contract in his/her areas of responsibility. * Ensure monthly and annual reports of performance in the related branch against Agreement KPIs, ECRA KPIs and NWC performance indicators. * Responsible for water wells, network, reservoirs, filling stations and pumping stations following all required standards. * Responsible for the implementation and assessment of non-revenue water projects, including leak detection, pressure management and DMA/DMZ. * In charge of planning the water activities, such as water inlet, reservoir volumes, subcontractors, and others. * Responsible of crisis management and contingency plans. * Responsible for the continuity of water distribution, supervise and facilitate the definition of actions to be done for optimized capacity utilization in the related branch.
