What you will do 🚀

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a PreSales Solution Expert, in Bucharest, Romania.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support partners and customer on Namirials product portfolio for signing, identification and trust service
·        Advise customers and partners and best fit product for usecases and requriements and how to integrated them into their existing IT environment
·       Drive sales with technical expertise, account management skills, sales ability, flexibility and a superior customer focus.
·       Proof of concept preparation – which can consist in: application installation, configuration and customization, as well as occasional coding.
·       Updating customer documentation in our knowledge base
·       Providing support to internal and external stake-holders through phone and email communications.
·       Prepare/deliver demos of signature solutions to customers during preSales Phase
·       Maintain and grow strong customer relationships and identify and communicate customer needs internally
- Hands on mentality for troubleshooting in rare cases to support customer success team

What we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯

·       Bachelor's Degree/Masters Degree, preferable in computer engineering or informatics
·       5+ years of experience in digital signatures, trust services and identification solutions is an advantage

Hard Skills

·       Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
·        Ability to analyze client requirements and design custom technical solutions.
·       Knowledge of database administration.
·       Basic programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) to facilitate communication with development teams.
·       Familiarity with ITsecurity, encryption, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO, etc.).

Soft skills

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
·       Attention to detail and critical thinking
·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills
·       Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
·       Fluent in Romanian and English
·       Willingness to travel to clients premises and internationally if/ when required
