SESSÙN – a French ready-to-wear brand for women, is looking for a part-time Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our store located at Cologne.

Position to be filled

• 20h per week

• Start date: ASAP

• German Language min B2

• Salary: according to profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately

• Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets

• Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)

• Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring store layout and product displays align with brand standards under the guidance of the shop manager

About You:

You have a strong passion for fashion and exceptional customer service. Retail is your field, and you’re eager to continue developing your skills in this dynamic environment. With previous experience as a Sales Assistant, you thrive both in a team setting and when working independently.
