Your mission

You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of client implementations and for maintaining the highest standards of service and execution quality across projects in Europe.

As a true orchestrator, you will coordinate project teams, ensure technical and functional consistency, and drive client satisfaction for our key strategic accounts.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead client project delivery from scoping to go-live, ensuring quality, planning, and deadlines are met.

  • Manage and coach a team of Project Managers: prioritization, support, and skills development.

  • Lead the coordination of technical integrations together with Product and R&D teams (API, SSO, third-party systems).
    The role focuses on tracking progress, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring deadlines are met — without hands-on involvement in the development itself.

  • Help structure and enhance our delivery model (methods, processes, tools, and reporting).

  • Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams during scoping and negotiation phases.

  • Responsible for ensuring the proper transfer of client accounts to the Customer Success Management and Customer Support teams.

  • Represent Pixid with European key accounts, ensuring top-level service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of our delivery practice in a multi-country, multi-product context.


Profil recherché

What we’re looking for

  • 8–10 years of experience in a SaaS / Tech environment, ideally within SAP, HCM, or HR Tech

  • A strong technical background (APIs, integrations,) with a strong interest in understanding functional areas like HR and payroll.

  • Proven experience in team management or project coordination (2–3 years minimum).

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a solid sense of ownership and quality.

  • Excellent communication skills in an international setting.

  • Fluent English (C1 minimum); another European language (German or Spanish) is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel across Europe.

2. Chief Solutions Officer – to explore your experience in project delivery and team leadership.
3 & 4. Sales Directors – to assess alignment on customer expectations and collaboration between delivery and business.
5. Chief of Staff – Group – to connect on strategic vision, priorities, and international challenges.
