Missions clés

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for an Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) Integration Intern for 6 months, starting in January 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

The S&R Integration Intern will play a key role in supporting our sustainability initiatives and driving positive change across the organization. The successful candidate will be supporting Sustainability disclosure & performance in alignment with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)  as well as the preparation of main sustainability ratings (including CDP).

Your key missions:

Sustainability disclosure & performance

  • You will support the preparation of FY26 Sustainability statement (coordination with topic owners, progress monitoring…)
  • You will source and document benchmark of good practices in terms of sustainability disclosure across competitors and a selection of industries
  • You will support regulatory evolutions monitoring (Omnibus) and their potential impacts for the Group
  • Support consolidation process at the end of the fiscal and internal presentation of progress

Sustainability ratings

  • You will contribute to the answers to questionnaires and requests received from customers and/or rating agencies, investors (MSCI, Sustainalytics…)
  • You will coordinate the CDP questionnaires (assessment of current scores and room for improvement, project management, data collection…)

  • Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret sustainability data.
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
