As a Junior Automotive Consultant, you will support automotive and mobility clients in addressing operational, digital, and IT-related challenges across their organizations. You will contribute to consulting engagements focused onprocess optimization, service transformation, and technology-enabled operations, working alongside senior consultants and client stakeholders in complex environments. You will join our team based in Paris.

This role offers exposure to multiple projects and clients, providing a strong foundation in automotive consulting, delivery governance, andoperational excellence.

Your role:

• Support the analysis of business and operational processes within automotive and industrial contexts.
• Contribute to consulting engagements by preparing assessments, recommendations, and implementation support materials.
• Assist in coordinating activities across business, IT, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance, operational KPIs, and follow up on improvement actions.
• Support governance structures, including documentation, reporting, and meeting preparation.
• Contribute to the definition and rollout of standardized processes and best practices.
• Assist with issue management, escalation tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation using collaboration and service management tools.

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or consulting ideally in an automotive or industrial environment.
• Strong background in project governance and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to the automotive or mobility ecosystem (OEMs, NSCs, suppliers, logistics, manufacturing, services).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms)
• Exposure to After-Sales processes.
• Familiar with AI tools and their use as performance accelerators.
