About the Role:

NTT Data Belgium is looking for a motivated accountant to strengthen the General Ledger function across multiple legal entities and reporting requirements.  

The role will support business growth and ensure continuity, accuracy and resilience within the finance function.  

Your role:

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities 
• Prepare, review, and maintain balance sheet reconciliations 
• Post journals, accruals, provisions, and adjustments in line with accounting policies 
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet movements and explain variances 
• Collaborate with tax, AP/AR, payroll, and controlling teams 
• Identify and support process improvements and standardization initiatives

Your profile:

Must have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• 2–5 years of experience in General Ledger or financial accounting 
• Experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations 
• SAP experience  
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail 

Nice to have:

• Experience in a multi-entity or international environment 
• Prior exposure to statutory accounts and audits 
• Knowledge of VAT or tax accounting 
• Experience with finance process improvements or automation
