NTT Germany unterstützt Kund:innen bei der Einführung moderner Collaboration- und Sprachlösungen – on-premises, hybrid und cloudbasiert. Als Consultant übernehmen Sie die Beratung und technische Umsetzung anspruchsvoller ALE-Kommunikationslösungen (Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise) bei mittelständischen und großen Kund:innen.

Ihre Aufgaben

·       Beratung unserer Kund:innen zu ALE-Kommunikationslösungen und Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten.

·       Durchführung von Workshops und technischem Design für OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) und OmniVista 8770.

·       Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von OXE inkl. Hochverfügbarkeit und Virtualisierung.

·       Integration von Contact-Center-Szenarien (CCD) und Hybrid-/Cloud-Lösungen mit Rainbow™.

·       SIP-Trunking & SBC-Interop (z.B. Audiocodes) sowie technische Projektleitung und Dokumentation.

Ihr Profil

·       Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratung und Implementierung von ALE-Kommunikationslösungen (OXE, OmniVista 8770).

·       Relevante ALE-Zertifizierungen (ACSE) für OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch und CCD.

·       Fundierte Kenntnisse in VoIP/SIP, SBC-Integration, Netzwerktechnik (QoS, VLAN, Firewall), Linux/Windows-Grundlagen.

·       Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands;

·    sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Nice-to-have

·       Erfahrung mit Alcatel Native Encryption

·       Erfahrung mit Alcatel VNA, VAA und weiteren Alcatel UC Produkten

·       Erfahrung mit Rainbow™ Hybrid-Setups, Security/Compliance (ISO 27001, CSPN), sowie Microsoft-Interop (z. B. Teams Direct Routing).

·       Erfahrung mit Rainbow™ Edge Lösungen
