This role is critical to maintaining and continuously improving our quality culture, processes, and performance across products, systems, and teams.
As Quality Manager, you will be the owner of quality standards and assurance processes within the organization. You will define, implement, and monitor quality frameworks while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Your impact will be visible across operations, from product specifications and audits to employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
Define, implement, and enforce company quality standards, policies, and procedures
Monitor and improve quality performance through audits, data analysis, and corrective actions
Develop and maintain quality assurance plans, including risk and hazard analysis
Validate quality processes by defining product specifications and quality attributes
Prepare and manage quality documentation, reports, and compliance records
Train, mentor, and motivate teams to embed a strong quality mindset across the organization
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management or assurance role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
