The Team

Reporting to the Lead Marketing Manager, you will join our dynamic global marketing team driving growth across key markets.

Role Profile

We are seeking a Senior Paid Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our paid media strategy across key global markets. This new role will drive awareness, education and acquisition campaigns targeting both retail investors and institutional investors. The Senior Paid Marketing Manager will oversee multi-market strategies, manage internal and external resources, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, campaign planning, creative input, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Define and own paid media strategies across the US, UK, Germany, Sweden, France, and Italy to meet both retail and institutional objectives.
    • Retail: generating awareness, education, and purchase intent for crypto ETPs.
    • Institutional: lead generation and nurturing, particularly in the US.

Campaign Planning & Management

  • Design funnels and multi-channel campaigns tailored to target audiences. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agency, freelance, internal Paid Manager) to ensure successful execution.

Creative & Messaging

  • Develop campaign angles and collaborate with Marketing & Design teams to craft compelling messages. Lead the creative briefing process and track asset production.

Execution Oversight

  • Monitor campaign delivery and ensure smooth execution across platforms. Manage testing initiatives (A/B tests for creatives, targeting, platforms, and formats) and results.

Performance & Optimization

  • Provide weekly overviews with recommendations for optimization. Deliver strategic insights from campaign results to inform future targeting, platforms, formats, messaging, and creative direction.

Team & Partner Leadership

  • Manage and guide external and internal paid resources to ensure alignment with goals and efficiency in execution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Experience: 6+ years in paid media/paid social/paid search with a proven track record of developing multi-market and multi-platform strategies. Experience managing teams and external partners (e.g. agencies, freelancers).
  • Technical Skills: Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign setup, management, and optimization. Strong analytical skills, able to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of US and European media landscapes, particularly for financial products or regulated industries.
  • Additional Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions (creative, product, design, compliance). Results-driven, proactive, and able to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
  • Language: Written and spoken English fluency required
It would preferable to have:
  • Experience in regulated industries
  • Knowledge of (or strong interest in) crypto, digital assets, or financial products
