Your role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers across all divisions. You will combine technical leadership, people management, and execution to deliver high-quality software aligned with product and company goals. This is a key role where you will help shape our systems and engineering culture as we scale, drawing on your strong hands-on coding experience.


What you'll do

Team leadership & people management:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and career development. You will foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, while recruiting and onboarding top talent.

Technical leadership:
Guide architectural decisions and ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and system reliability. You will partner with senior engineers on system design and technical roadmap planning, balancing short-term delivery with long-term technical investments. You are also comfortable contributing as an individual contributor when needed.

Delivery & execution:
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to define roadmaps and priorities. Drive planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects. Identify and remove blockers while monitoring key metrics related to performance, quality, and team health.

Cross-functional collaboration:
Act as a bridge between engineering and other teams, clearly communicating technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. Align engineering initiatives with company strategy and contribute to quarterly and annual planning.

Your DNA

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering

  • 1–3+ years of engineering management experience, including managing both software and ML engineers (or equivalent leadership experience)

  • Experience delivering complex software systems, including products with advanced ML components

  • Strong system design and architecture skills, with experience building scalable systems
    Ability to operate with both a technical and managerial mindset

  • Strong communication skills, able to translate between technical and business contexts
    Proven ability to operate in fast-paced or scaling environments

  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and ML operations is a plus

  • Strong coaching and mentorship skills, with a focus on team growth and performance

  • Data-informed approach to decision-making



Where you'll be based

Our offices are based in Paris 3eme (Arts & Métiers).
Remote policy: 1-2 days a week (with some flexibility). Possibility of working remotely 1-2 weeks once a year.
