Obiettivo della posizione:
monitoraggio, analisi e interpretazione dei risultati delle indagini di mercato nell’area automotive e in particolare delle indagini sulla soddisfazione dei clienti service e vendita al fine di un supporto operativo e consulenziale al reparto di Customer Experience per l’area service e vendita. Conoscenza delle nozioni della Customer Journey e dei Processi di Vendita.
