Descriptif du poste

Your Role & Impact 🚀

As a partnership manager, you will act as the strategic program lead for one of Lixo’s most critical partnerships:

  • partnerships with French and European partners for technical and commercial integrations

  • a transformative collaboration with a major US-based industrial partner to scale our AI technology internationally.

These partnerships represent pivotal moments for Lixo’s growth and require a dedicated team member to orchestrate alignment across executive leadership, product, commercial, legal, and operational teams on both sides of the Atlantic.

Your mission is to translate joint strategy into execution, anticipate risks, drive key milestones, and ensure this partnership delivers measurable impact for both organizations.

Partnership management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation path for partnership-related matters.

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with the US partner across tech, product, sales, marketing, finance, and legal functions.

    • We’re launching in the US while continuing to grow x2 year on year in Europe. We need to be able to manage expectations and provide visibility to all team members from both parties
  • Translate the joint strategic vision into operating plans with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics.

  • Anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively across time zones and organizational cultures.

Program & Project Management

  • Run the partnerships PMO: design and facilitate meeting cadences, prepare agendas, capture notes, maintain action logs, and ensure follow-through.

  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for roadmaps, dependencies, decisions, and key documentation.

  • Coordinate complex multi-workstream initiatives spanning product integration, go-to-market, and operations.

  • Proven record running complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes.

  • Perfect executive communication in French and English: concise writing, sharp structuring, and strong facilitation skills. Perfect / native English fluency is a prerequisite (standard professional fluency not enough).

  • High ownership, bias to action, and comfort with complexity and pace.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with US–EU cross-border partnerships and related commercial/legal nuances.

  • Eligibility for a VIE program mid / end of 2026

  • Bonus :

    • Background in industrial partnerships, B2B SaaS, or hardware-software integrations.

    • Proficiency with tools like Notion, Metabase, and project management suites.

Success Metrics (Examples)

  • On-time delivery of joint roadmap milestones and product launches.

  • Growth in partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

  • Partner satisfaction scores from quarterly reviews.

  • Reduced cycle time from decision to execution across workstreams.

  • Clear, repeatable operating cadence adopted by all stakeholders on both sides.

  • Make a tangible environmental impact by scaling AI-driven waste management technology globally.
