Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the Country Manager, you take the reins of portfolio of clients for the Polish market. Your responsibilities will include:

Advertisers’ relationships:

  • Optimizing performance campaigns : launching campaigns, following the action plan, formulating proposals and recommending channels to reach the goals (cashback, promo codes, display, retargeting, emailing, influence marketing, etc.), realizing deals with strong added value, doing operational recovery and report;

  • Ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals for both your portfolio and the division : revenue, gross margin, operational management, budget, profitability and client retention;

  • Managing the advertisers’ relationships, analyzing results and ensuring customer satisfaction

Publishers’ relationships:

  • Managing the prospection of new publishers;

  • Managing the publishers’ relationships: management of advertising campaigns, advice, negotiation, loyalty of the top publishers, invoices.

Other missions:

  • Growth of overall portfolio through new partners;

  • Development of your network of contacts in order to optimize publishers and

clients loyalty;

  • Attending digital and physical events: trade shows, evening workshops, breakfast…

Profil recherché

  • A background in Business, Marketing or Advertising, etc. and an interest in new technologies (min. bachelor degree);

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field of digital marketing or performance marketing industry, whether advertiser, publisher or agency side;

  • Fluent in Polish, both writing and speaking, and a very good command of English. Any other additional language would be an asset;

  • A genuine passion for online advertising and its channels;

  • Good commercial sense and negotiation skills;

  • An ability to analyze and synthesize data;

  • Good knowledge of Excel ;

  • Proactive ;

  • A team spirit and will to help colleagues!

  • Interview with Ilona, Country Manager & Urszula, Head of Process & Development;

  • If we are all aligned, we’ll formalise an offer. If you accept it, we’ll prepare your onboarding!
