  • Drive the delivery of the roadmap by supporting the work of the development team using agile tooling, running ceremonies (retrospective, planning, discovery, demos…) and acting as facilitator with other teams to remove dependencies or clarify issues.
  • Coordinate across other product teams to proactively support scalability of the product globally and support a customer-centric approach.
  • Plan, track and proactively manage strategic and customer projects driving adoption of our platform and operational efficiency.
  • Use analytics data and first-hand research to understand user behavior and inform product and design improvements.
  • Inform stakeholders across the business to help them be successful supporting customers or end-consumers for new features being developed or launched.
  • What you'll need

  • Outstanding facilitation skills & being comfortable managing client or product workshops, from discovery to detailed requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills showing the ability to summarize complex problems and recommend concise plans of action, translating for non-technical audiences.
  • Preferably experience with electric vehicles and smart charging.
  • Preferably worked within an energy trading environment and/or energy markets.
  • Experience working on integrations, working with external stakeholders and APIs, from inception to testing and roll-out
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
