In this role, you will define and scale Kingfisher’s Group data monetisation proposition, turning supplier and market demand into compelling, revenue generating data products. Working at the intersection of data strategy, product and commercial execution, you’ll align Group and Banner teams to prioritise propositions and deliver clear, scalable roadmaps that support growth. In 2026, the focus is on scaling Kingfisher’s proprietary performance and customer insight platform, with scope expanding into additional monetisation levers.
What’s the job?
- Define and own the Group Data Monetisation vision, strategy and product portfolio.
- Develop commercial models, pricing frameworks and success measures for data products.
- Translate supplier and market demand into clear propositions and product requirements
- Partner with Data, Tech, Legal and banner teams to build prioritised delivery roadmaps
- Ensure propositions are scalable, privacy safe and compliant across multiple markets. safe and compliant across multiple markets.
- Equip banners with go-to-market assets and support supplier engagement.
- Lead Data Monetisation communities to share best practice and drive performance
What you’ll bring - Senior experience building and scaling data driven commercial propositions in retail, ecommerce or digital platforms
- Proven end - to - end ownership of data products from strategy through launch and performance
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, monetisation models and P&L oversight
- Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross functional delivery functional delivery
- Strategic, outcome focused communicator comfortable in ambiguity
