You will be at the helm of our process development, turning innovative prototypes into a robust pilot towards market-ready product. You will also shape the structure and culture of our process engineering team.
Lead Process Scale-Up: Design, test, and optimize our next-generation electro-driven membrane processes from early pilot to industrial scale.
Manage early adopter pilots programs and act as the primary technical liaison with our first clients.
Drive R&D with Data: Design experimental protocols, analyze complex data to generate actionable insights, and guide our R&D strategy.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with a world-class team and external stakeholders, reporting results with clarity and rigor.
We are looking for a visionary engineer with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
Education: Master’s degree (BAC+5) or PhD in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, or a related field.
Experience & Skills: Proven experience in process development, optimization, and scale-up, demonstrated through hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas: Electro-driven purification (e.g., Electrodialysis/ED, Capacitive Deionization/CDI) Pilot-scale testing General Electrochemistry and membrane processes
