Your mission as CEO Right Hand

You’ll be the ultimate support for our CEO, Lucie Ries, helping to drive our mission and scale our ambition fast. Think co-pilot: assisting with tasks, dissecting problems, finding innovative solutions, and crafting action plans. This role is super varied – you’ll be key in building our A-Player team, prepping for exciting new ventures, and supporting all things HR, finance, legal, and office management.

What you will do

• Refining our business plan and conducting analysis for future fundraising.

• Conducting market research, providing key insights.

• Helping cultivate relationships with stakeholders (investors, clients, partners).

• Prepping and leading weekly reviews for strategic opportunities.

• Preparing materials for All-Hands and board meetings.

• Supporting our HR strategy to hit recruitment goals.
