🏠 What We Do

Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.

Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

In 5 years, we have:

  • Deployed +650 stations and over 4,000 fast-charging points

  • Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market

  • Opened several offices in France and Europe

  • Raised over €1 billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions

  • Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

  • Assembled a team of over +250 talents… and this is just the beginning!

💼 Your Mission

Within the Operations HQ team, you will own Electra's internal AI productivity roadmap: identifying high-impact bottlenecks and turning them into shipped workflows (prototype → deploy → iterate), enabling teams to adopt AI sustainably through training, documentation, and champions, and ensuring the right guardrails are in place around privacy, security, reliability, and auditability.

Your role is built around three pillars:
  • AI Strategy & Delivery: owning the vision, priorities, and end-to-end execution of AI initiatives across Ops functions

  • Workflows, Automations & Integrations: designing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered workflows and system integrations

  • Enablement & Governance: building the capabilities, standards, and guardrails that empower teams to use AI reliably and at scale

🎯 Your Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Delivery
  • Own the AI productivity roadmap

    • Partner with Ops teams to identify high-leverage bottlenecks and define a sequenced delivery plan

    • Run discovery with teams: map current processes, surface pain points and constraints

    • Translate needs into clear problem statements, success metrics, and prioritized initiatives

  • Drive end-to-end execution of AI initiatives

    • Build quick prototypes, validate with users, then harden for production (ownership, monitoring, documentation)

    • Keep humans in the loop for high-risk steps (approvals, customer communications, finance/legal decisions)

    • Track adoption (WAU, retention) and impact (cycle time, manual steps removed, AHT, cost savings)

2. Workflows, Automations & Integrations
  • Design and deploy AI workflows using AI/no-code tools

    • Build automations using tools such as Dust, Zapier, Notion AI, and Claude

    • Set up quality controls (sampling, scoring, exception tracking) and regression monitoring

  • Build and maintain system integrations

    • Create and maintain REST API and webhook connections

    • Handle auth (OAuth/API keys), permissions, and access control patterns

    • Implement data transformations and routing (JSON/XML), plus basic data quality checks

3. Enablement & Governance
  • Produce documentation that scales

    • Architecture notes, runbooks, prompt/workflow patterns, and "how to use" guides

    • Clear ownership: who maintains what, and how incidents/escalations are handled

  • Run enablement and change management

    • Workshops, office hours, playbooks, and onboarding for new joiners

    • Build and support a network of "AI champions" across each Ops function and country

  • Coordinate governance and tooling decisions

    • Work with IT, Security, Legal, and Data teams on compliant deployments (PII, vendor reviews, approvals)

    • Rationalize tooling to reduce redundancy and control cost (what to keep, what to retire, what to buy)

😎 Your Profile

Technical skills
  • Automation & integration: experience building and debugging end-to-end workflows across integrated systems; familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, auth (OAuth/API keys), and JSON/XML

  • AI/no-code tooling: hands-on experience with tools such as Dust, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, or similar platforms; scripting is a plus

  • GenAI foundations: solid understanding of prompting, agents, common failure modes, and basic evaluation methods

  • Data & measurement: ability to define KPIs, track adoption and impact, and set up basic quality controls

Behavioral skills
  • Delivery mindset: comfortable owning initiatives from discovery to production, with a bias for shipping and iterating

  • Clear communicator: able to run training sessions and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaborative & pragmatic: works well cross-functionally in fast-changing environments; knows when to move fast and when to slow down for guardrails

  • Documentation discipline: writes clear, actionable docs that others can actually use

  • Change management: patient, pedagogical approach to driving adoption in teams with varying levels of AI maturity

Experience
  • Fluent in English; French is a big plus

  • Experience in Ops, Solutions Engineering, Automation, or a similar role, with concrete examples of impact

  • Track record of designing and shipping workflows or automations end-to-end

  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

  • Background in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is a plus

  • Interest in energy infrastructure and EV charging is appreciated but not required
