At Tengo, we have ambitious goals for the next 18 months to help more companies win public tenders. We’re hiring a CEO’s Right Hand intern to boost our product and sharpen our GTM strategy.

It’s a unique chance to join Tengo early and make a real impact. The adventure is just beginning 😁

You will work closely with our CEO Hugues.

🎯 Your mission

Support AI Product Development (50%)

  • Contribute to the evolution of our AI product by running AI comparison tests and evaluations

  • Continuously feed the client feedback → product improvement loop

  • Help identify gaps, limitations, and improvement opportunities in the product

Content & Growth (30%)

  • Create and manage high-impact LinkedIn and email content (posts, videos, creative formats)

  • Develop and optimize website content to strengthen positioning, storytelling, and conversion

  • Support acquisition and growth initiatives aligned with the current Go-To-Market strategy

Operations & Cross-team Support (20%)

  • Support day-to-day operational needs across product, sales, and growth

  • Help structure processes, documentation, and internal workflows

  • Act as a true right hand in an early-stage, fast-moving environment

The ideal candidate

  • You’re highly autonomous, rigorous, and detail-oriented, you care about doing things properly.

  • You have strong written communication skills and enjoy turning complex ideas into clear, structured outputs.

  • You’re comfortable working with complex and technical documents, and you don’t get scared by ambiguity.

  • You have a strong product & technical mindset: you naturally spot what’s blocking, what’s missing, and what can scale.

  • You already have a first professional experience (consulting, audit, strategy, product, ops…), or you’ve operated in similarly demanding environments.

  • You’re curious, proactive, and motivated by learning fast in an early-stage setup.

Bonus points if:

  • You’ve already tinkered with code, no-code tools, or AI prompts

  • You’ve worked on AI, automation, or productivity topics, even on personal projects

🇫🇷 Important : This position focuses on selling to the French market with French-speaking prospects. We are exclusively looking for fluent French speakers.


Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Initial call with Hugues (CEO) to discuss the role and your expectations (15 min),

  2. Use case (at home) & debrief meeting (on site) with Hugues + someone from the team (1h30)

  3. Meet the team (20 min)
