About the Role:

Guided by our Product philosophy, the AI product team collaborates with customers, marketing, sales, and user support to understand and anticipate market needs:
- Providing solutions that directly address real-world challenges and practical use cases (pragmatism).
- Aligning solutions with business objectives by prioritizing the needs of frontline teams and end-users.
- Ease of use (ergonomics and user experience).
- Openness to seamless integration with third-party tools and systems through robust APIs, enabling flexible and scalable solutions.
As an AI Product Owner, you will join the AI team and you will work in collaboration with Rémi, our Head of AI Products, alongside 3 other product managers and our AI Tech team.
💪 Your Missions:
- You will translate feature requests, business strategy, and market opportunities into product priorities.
- You will participate in the definition of product strategy and roadmap to deliver value iteratively in collaboration with our Head of AI Products.
- You will write highly customer-focused specifications and user stories.
- You will create, maintain and prioritize the backlog for AI product items and the scope of sprints/releases with our agile cross-functional development teams.
- You will assist our development teams throughout sprints and manage testing activities with our QA engineers.
- You will create and maintain user documentation (offline and online, with a focus on online contextual help).
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, support, engineering, and AI) to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Because sharing is caring, we expect you to share your knowledge with your team!
- You will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of the product, from specifications to production.
🔍 You demonstrate the following skills:
- Engineering school degree or Business school degree with tech background 3+ years’ Product Ownership/Product Management experience.
- An understanding of AI technologies and how they work and the drive to use them to bring ROI to our customers.
- A genuine interest in Data/Telecom/Innovative solutions in modern consumer technologies.
- A strong sense of User Experience and ergonomics.
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Curiosity and autonomy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (speaking some French is a plus).
- Experience working with lean/agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience in product-driven data analysis.
