As a member of the Payroll and Benefits team, you will manage complex payroll and benefits processes while acting as a trusted partner for employees and colleagues, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for all.

Your contribution to our success

Ensure Smooth Payroll & Benefits Operations
Handle payroll instructions and benefits with accuracy and attention to detail with focus on HRIS, covering both recurring monthly & ad-hoc activities.

Support HR Daily Operations
Support the HR team on day-to-day operational topics, helping coordinate actions and ensuring smooth handling of payroll and benefits-related requests.

Manage Key HR Processes
Contribute to monthly and yearly HR cycles, including controls, reporting, audit preparation, and system updates, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Drive Process Quality and Continuous Improvement
Identify improvement opportunities, strengthen documentation, and support projects that enhance workflows, HRIS and data quality.

Be a Trusted Point of Contact for Employees
Provide timely, clear support on payroll and benefits questions, ensuring confidentiality and a high-quality employee experience.


Profil recherché

Profile description:

Your skills

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field from an accredited university/college.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar payroll, benefits, or HR operations role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, proactive, agile, curious and solution-oriented.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong interest in HR systems and process improvement.

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Soft skills:

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-changing environment.

Languages:

  • Fluency in French and English.
