Are you a people person with a knack for communication and an eye for opportunity? Do you dream about the New York skyline but love the Belgian waffles too much to leave Brussels? Perfect - we’ve got the role for you!

We’re on the lookout for a Sales Intern to help us grow our amazing community across the Atlantic - in New York City and Washington D.C. You’ll be part of a passionate team that connects future members with our beautiful coliving spaces, making sure every new joiner feels right at home.

What you’ll be doing

Sales Magic

  • Qualify leads and potential members through calls, sharing all the reasons why Cohabs is the place to live in NYC and D.C.

  • Provide clear, friendly, and detailed information about our homes and services - answering every question like a pro.

  • Keep our CRM up to date with every interaction, lead, and feedback - because great data makes great decisions.

  • Keep an eye on online platforms to spot and connect with potential new members who fit our vibe.

Customer Experience Hero

  • Support new members during their onboarding, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move-in process.

  • Be the go-to contact for our NYC members, always ready to assist, reassure, and spread good vibes.

  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously enhance the Cohabs experience.

  • Work closely with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure any property issues are swiftly handled.


Profil recherché

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • A strong communicator who loves talking to people and building genuine connections.

  • Fluent in English (French or other languages are a plus!).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple tasks.

  • Proactive, curious, and full of positive energy - you don’t wait for instructions; you take initiative and make things happen.

  • Comfortable with social media and familiar with basic marketing concepts.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus - but enthusiasm and drive matter most.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Déroulement des entretiens

We like to keep things simple and human:

  1. First call : A quick chat with Elisa to get to know you and tell you more about Cohabs.

  2. Interview with Elisa : A deeper conversation to understand your skills, motivations, and how you’d fit within the team.

  3. Final interview with Clarisse : Your chance to shine, ask questions, and show us why you’re the perfect addition to the Cohabs family!
