What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategy Architect: Define and refine our B2B strategy to capture market opportunities and drive 12% of leases.

  • Growth Driver: Deploy the B2B strategy across 9 cities and translate it into actionable local plans.

  • Opportunity Hunter: Identify new prospecting channels (companies, schools, institutions, partnerships).

  • Pipeline Master: Track and manage the full sales pipeline to ensure strong conversion and performance.

  • Team Coach: Support and coach local Sales Leads with hands-on guidance and performance tracking.

  • Process Optimizer: Adapt sales processes to local market specifics (seasonality, lead types, partnerships).

  • KPI Guardian: Monitor key metrics (occupancy, churn, time-to-fill) and report to VP Sales.

  • Cross-Team Collaborator: Work closely with Marketing to align acquisition efforts and boost visibility.

  • Market Analyst: Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategy to stay ahead.


Profil recherché

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years in B2B sales & commercial strategy, with multi-site/team management experience.

  • Strong expertise in pipeline management, prospecting, and strategy deployment.

  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills across multiple teams and locations.

  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, CRM, dashboards).

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Experience in real estate, coliving, or hospitality is a plus.
