In preparation of the ChangeNOW 2026 summit and under the supervision of the volunteer manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment of volunteers, animating the community and ensuring the smooth running of the volunteer schedule for the event.
As the Volunteers Coordinator, your missions will include :
Participating in the recruitment process of the volunteers team
Evaluating the team’s needs
Animating the volunteer’s community
Ensuring and organizing volunteer onboardings
Coordinating the volunteers before and during the summit
Fluent in French & English
Successful experience in event and/or project management
Skilled in leveraging CRM and database solutions for efficient data management
Autonomous & force of proposal
Interpersonal skills
