Job Purpose
Provide support to the CEO’s Chief of Staff in daily tasks (e.g., preparing notes for meetings, business trips…) as well as in longer-term assignments (analysis of a specific market or client). This includes assisting in guiding strategic decisions at the headquarters level and responding to requests from the CEO Office of CMA.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in strategic decision-making alongside the management team
Conduct in-depth analyses on strategic projects to support decision-making
Manage daily tasks with the Chief of Staff
Provide support in organizing business trips and client meetings
Prepare presentations for strategic management team meetings
Conduct analyses of specific markets and clients
Respond to requests from the CEO Office of CMA
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Education: Business school, engineering school, or political science school (Grande École)
Experience: Previous experience in consulting, finance, or the logistics sector is required
Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Fluent English, corporate finance, logistics, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Proactivity, strong organizational and structuring skills, communication skills, analytical and synthesis capabilities, curiosity, autonomy
