It all started with an idea in 2021. Initially built to democratize Bitcoin in France, Bitstack has gone from a simple product that invests spare change in bitcoin, to a crypto-native bank bringing a better way to save, spend, and grow money to our 300K+ users. We want to rebuild finance from the ground up to empower people to achieve financial freedom by participating in a more open and inclusive financial system. We’re a small, ambitious team of operators. We believe in moving fast, sweating the details, and creating products people truly love. At Bitstack, you’ll have the opportunity to shape not just our products, but the culture and practices of our entire organization. Bitstack is backed by YC, leading VCs like 13books Capital, Stillmark, Serena, and many more. We are building a product our users love and we are just getting started!
We’re looking for a Product QA & Reliability Intern to help us ship a product that feels solid, reliable, and polished.
You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Design, and Engineering, making sure new features are truly ready before they reach users.
This isn’t just about “testing.” It’s about building release confidence.
Run end-to-end tests on new features before and after releases (iOS, Android, web where relevant).
Write clear, actionable bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual behavior, and screenshots/screen recordings.
Help design and maintain test checklists for key user journeys (onboarding, card payments, cash account, rewards, open banking).
Validate fixes and prevent regressions.
Contribute to improving QA processes (triage, severity definitions, release sign-off, bug bash rituals).
When relevant, help with light test automation exploration.
You don’t need to be a QA expert - mindset matters more than experience.
We’d love to meet you if:
You’re highly detail-oriented and genuinely enjoy breaking things (constructively).
You communicate clearly and structurally in writing.
You’re comfortable navigating mobile apps and can describe issues precisely.
You have a strong product mindset - you care about user experience, clarity, and reliability, not just “does it work?”
It’s a plus if you’re familiar with:
Basic HTTP / API concepts
Tools like Notion, Linear, Jira, Postman, Charles or Proxyman
Scripting or test automation basics
We’d love to see how you think - feel free to share an example of how you’d report a bug or improve a product.
