ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a Digital Partnership Assistant, you will join the Digital Partnership team, made up of passionate digital marketers whose mission is to drive Betclic’s growth through innovative and impactful partnerships (influencers, affiliates, media…).

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the setup, tracking, and optimization of digital partnerships (influencers, affiliates, media, etc.)

• Managing incoming partnership requests and integrating new partners

• Assisting with the creation and delivery of marketing tools (briefs, banners, creative assets)

• Ensuring campaign timelines are met and planning is respected

• Implementing and coordinating action plans with the team

• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributing to performance reports

• Participating in weekly and monthly reporting of partner performance

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We’re looking for curious and motivated talents who bring a positive attitude and a genuine passion for digital marketing!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in a business school or equivalent, with a focus on digital marketing

• You have previous professional experience (internships or apprenticeship)

• You have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy teamwork, and are eager to thrive in a fast-paced and stimulating environment

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have some basic knowledge of Photoshop

• You are fluent in English

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR screening call.
You will then be invited to complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivations, reasoning).
Next, you’ll meet Kevin, Digital Partnership Manager (your future manager), followed by Damien, Head of Digital Partnership.
Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview, during which you’ll debrief your AssessFirst results together.

The full recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure the best candidate experience.
