As a part of our continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced Fluidic integration engineer to join our dynamic team for an 8-month contract. For this mission, you will be joining the Fluidic process development group within the Consumable team and learn to master our Lakhesys Benchtop Cell Factory™ consumables and instrument by performing biofluidic protocols on the system. You will take part in the robustisation of the overall system and optimise protocols to improve performances and reliability.
Reports to: Nghia LÊ - Fluidic Process Development Team Lead
Main Responsibilities:
Understand and master our Lakhesys Benchtop Cell Factory™ system
Perform fluidic protocols on the system to troubleshoot and improve their performance and reliability
Perform targeted investigation tests on the consumable & on the overall system as part of failure modes investigation, in collaboration with the Instrument, Software, Foundry and Application teams.
Run repeatability studies of the protocols in the system
Produce reporting on experiments and observations
Technical skills:
Master’s degree in Engineering, with specialisation in microfluidics/ fluid mechanics, mechatronics, biotechnologies or related field
3+ years of experience working with complex systems, ideally with automated instruments or with plastic consumables
Interpersonal Skills:
Good English level written and spoken
