As a Circular Program Manager, you will play a key role in the operational execution and continuous improvement of circular electronics programs across Europe.
You will work at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Quality, Data, and Product teams, ensuring that customer programs run smoothly from end to end.
Your main mission is to manage circular programs operationally, coordinate internal stakeholders, monitor performance, and continuously improve processes and product flows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational project management, cross-team coordination, data analysis, and process optimization.
1. Operational management of circular programs
Manage and monitor circular electronics programs across European clients.
Understand program requirements and contribute to structuring device flows accordingly.
Oversee the lifecycle of devices within the program: operational execution, account follow-up, performance monitoring, and reporting.
Ensure that operational KPIs are monitored and that program performance meets customer expectations.
Act as a point of contact for program coordination between internal teams and external partners.
2. Coordination with internal teams
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Quality, Data and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
Monitor operational steps including reception, testing, grading, packaging, and logistics planning.
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational execution.
Support the management of supplier reconciliations and credit notes when operational discrepancies occur.
Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure program transparency and efficiency.
3. Product & flow structuring
Contribute to structuring the product flows that support circular programs.
Ensure product information and device classifications are consistent across operational and resale flows.
Support the improvement and maintenance of product catalog structures used for logistics, pricing and resale.
Collaborate with the data and product teams to improve data quality and operational reliability.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track operational performance indicators such as delivery timelines, quality rates, completion levels, and non-conformities.
Prepare regular reports and analyses on program performance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Contribute to scaling and industrializing circular processes across programs.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Data-related fields.
Academic backgrounds combining analytical thinking and operational rigor are highly valued.
Background:
Experience in operations, program management, supply chain, consulting, or project coordination.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and operational processes such as logistics, industrial operations, or process optimization.
Previous experience in retail, telecom, logistics, marketplaces, or circular economy environments is a plus.
Experience in startup or scale-up environments is appreciated
Skills:
Project Coordination: ability to manage multiple stakeholders, track timelines, and ensure delivery across complex operational workflows.
Operational Rigor: strong attention to detail and ability to structure and improve operational processes.
Analytical Skills: comfortable working with structured data (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools such as Superset).
Communication: clear and proactive communication with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Languages: fluent in French and English. Additional European languages are a plus.
