Job description

Your mission

Shape Wooclap’s positioning and messaging across our Education and Corporate segments for each geographic market. Turn product and feature launches into clear narratives that drive adoption, revenue and differenciation. Equip Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with the right tools to win in every market we operate in.

What you will do

1. Positioning & Messaging

  • Define segment-specific positioning, value propositions, and key narratives.

  • Build and maintain persona frameworks for each target audience.

  • Craft messaging that’s differentiated, compelling, and consistent across all channels.

2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches

  • Own end-to-end GTM planning for new features or product improvements.

  • Build the launch toolkit: landing pages, scripts, demos, blog posts, sales decks…

  • Partner with Content, PR, Events for amplification in all markets.

  • Ensure internal teams are trained, briefed, and ready for launch.

3. Content Coordination

  • Briefing: Provide clear, structured briefs to the Content team or freelancers to produce assets (written, visual or video content).

  • Creation: Produce key strategic content directly when needed to ensure speed, narrative consistency, and high-quality product messaging.

4. Sales & CS Enablement

  • Build and maintain the materials that help Sales and CS win more deals and drive adoption.

  • Create pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, one-pagers, industry use cases…

  • Participate in training sessions for Sales and Customer Success.

  • Develop content for specific verticals (education, corporate learning, consulting, etc.)


Preferred experience

  • Experience: 3+ years in Product Marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS and international environment.

  • Education: Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Languages: French and English bilingual, a 3rd European language is a plus.

  • Organized: You handle different topics with clarity, ensuring smooth coordination and steady progress across ongoing projects and deadlines.

  • Storyteller: Excellent written and spoken communication skills; you know how to turn product and technical material into compelling narratives.

  • Collaborative: You thrive at working cross-functionally and dealing with multiple team needs.

  • Self-starter: You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international and high-growth environment.

  • Passion: Deep interest in education and the role of technology in transforming learning.
