Your Challenge
As Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate and support the execution of construction, development, and renovation projects across our Industrial, Logistics, and Sales & Marketing office sites in Europe, as part of the Real Estate & Facility Services team.
You will work closely with both European colleagues and local teams based in Feuquières-en-Vimeu to ensure consistent project execution and knowledge sharing across sites.
From conceptualization to completion, your primary focus will be to align project needs with user requirements while adhering to designated budgets and timelines.
You will also represent the Facility department in cross-functional projects where infrastructure plays a key role, contributing to the continuous improvement and sustainability of our sites.
Your key responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects in the region — both Hard projects (renovation, extension, fit-out) and Soft projects (software, tools, expertise).
Translate user needs into clear specifications and ensure full alignment between functional requirements and project objectives.
Create and maintain a project backlog to follow up on actions, priorities, and progress.
Manage and coordinate external vendors and service providers to secure smooth and timely execution.
Prepare all handover documentation to ensure efficient project close-out.
Monitor and assess potential risks or complexities early, escalating issues when necessary to ensure proactive resolution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of facility operations in your region by sharing best practices and supporting local teams in their daily activities.
The position involves travel across our sites to oversee project execution on-site and strengthen collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.
Your profile
Degree in Engineering or Construction.
Proven experience in managing facility or technical projects, ideally within an industrial or multi-site environment.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to connect operational, financial, and user needs and turn them into practical, value-adding solutions.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and foster effective collaboration across teams.
Comfortable working with a balance of autonomy and supervision.
Proficient in project management tools and methods, with a good understanding of best practices in Facility Management.
Fluent in French and English
