Role Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our global marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to jump-start their marketing career and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The role will have broad exposure across all marketing activities including events, campaigns, digital channels, and content creation.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning and execution of ThreatMark in-person events, including the Banking Fraud Summits.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of other virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and partner activations.
Manage event logistics, vendor communications, and post-event reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all events.
Help manage ThreatMark’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and support community management.
Stay current on social media trends and recommend new approaches to increase reach and engagement.
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and performance tracking.
Support email marketing initiatives, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.
Assist with website updates and SEO optimization efforts.
Help monitor analytics and generate reports to inform marketing decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, marketing automation software, and social media scheduling tools.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting events or campaigns in a tech or financial services context.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics.
Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
