Job description

Spendesk is looking for an experienced a Regional Field Marketing Manager to help take our growth in Northern Europe (UK and Germany) to the next level. The overriding responsibility of this role is to build and oversee the execution of demand and pipeline creation programs, based on inbound, outbound and partnership tactics, to exceed targets.

You'll play a major role in being a local champion both internally and externally, from speaking on webinars to providing feedback on local UK and Germany market needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive demand generation plans with the purpose to progress and convert pipeline plus strengthen brand awareness in the region to attract and engage our target audience
  • Own, develop and execute regionally targeted marketing campaigns that includes email marketing, webinars, digital, ABM, events, direct mail and other channels as you see fit
  • Work closely with the sales teams to support revenue objectives and ensure alignment with marketing plans
  • Work cross-functionality with sales, partnerships, product, customer success and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
  • Partner with the acquisition team to optimise our PPC, paid advertising, and landing page performances
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities for the region
  • Track and measure all marketing programs and present data-driven insights to leads
  • Who we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B / SaaS
  • Outstanding English written and spoken skills
  • Ideally German fluent but if not at least experience working with the German market
  • Proven experience in delivering marketing activity, including planning, prioritising and implementing strategy
  • Proven ability to build relationships across a number of stakeholders, including sales, xDR, customer success, and product,
  • Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong team collaboration skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.
  • Deep understanding of local software market, culture, buying behaviours and local marketing strategies.
  • Good understanding across a range of demand generation programs (SEM, Paid Social, SEO, website, webinars, field events, review sites, emails, content marketing etc.)
  • Experience using marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented and optimistic
