Within the Information Systems Department, you will join the Workstation team, which is responsible for IT and telephone equipment. Under the management of the workstation manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of workstations and assist users in making optimal use of the tools. Your role will contribute directly to the continuity and quality of the group's IT services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workstation-related service requests (equipment, applications, peripherals) in accordance with deadlines and procedures. 
• Manage users' IT and telephone equipment, as well as related orders. 
• Plan and organize equipment renewals in accordance with the fleet management policy.
• Maintain inventory via the ITSM application and ensure that equipment meets user needs. 
• Apply IT security guidelines, participate in project governance, and contribute to technology monitoring. 

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share new ideas and best practices within the IT department.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 4 years of experience (including work-study programs). 
• In-depth knowledge of workstation environments and Microsoft technologies. 
• Proficiency in IT administration software and printing systems. 
• French minimum C1 level and English at B1/B2 level minimum.
