Within the strategic management team and in conjunction with the IT department, you will define and deploy the CAD-CAM policy to support international growth. Under the management of the Group R&D Director, you will ensure the performance of the tools, their development, and their suitability for business needs.
Responsibilities
- Establish CAD-CAM roadmaps with the development teams and lead digital transformation projects.
- Monitor technological developments and propose continuous improvements to optimize tools.
- Manage and administer CAD-CAM software, ensuring its availability and data security.
- Oversee the Group's CAD-CAM budget and negotiate contracts with publishers and integrators.
- Ensure tool interoperability and capitalize on best practices.
- Contribute to operational resilience and support change management.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with at least 8 years of experience in electrical or mechatronic product development.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and R&D software (NX, CREO, PADS, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Minimum B2 level in French and English.
