- Responsible for all aspects and coordination of warranty, including product warranties, applications and claims.
* Responsible for all aspects and coordination of retrofit management.


Preferred experience

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in aviation related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in customer support, quoting and production a plus; strong knowledge of aviation community and requirements associated with industry.
* Familiarity/knowledge of the customers related to Safran Electronics & Defense, Avionics USA, LLC.
* High level – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP a plus.
* Knowledge of professional practices, sources of information, and rules and regulations and organization required (internal training and business familiarization implied).
